Yet another landmark in the local area and a chip shop that has been there for as long as I can remember. The pictures of racing cars and go-karts that adorn the walls have been there my entire life and I can't imagine driving past the corner at the bottom of my road without this place being there.
Some of the staff seem to have been there as long as I remember and they all know what they're doing. You get a quick, efficent service with a decent price whether it be during lunch time, tea time or late at night. You can pick up everything you would expect from a local chip shop, but I would definitely recommend the fish as it is always nice and crispy. -

Went to this chip shop, 24/4/15, had only been there once before and on that occasion it was nice. However after yesterday I would not return!!! I ordered a sausage supper, hot dog, cheesy chip, and two large battered sausages, which came to £13.90 - expensive but day light robbery on this occasion as the food was disgusting. The chips looked days old, the sausages were undercooked, hot dog was actually a sausage bap and the battered sausages seemed to be salted from the inside, nearly like there was salt in the batter - most of it went in the bin!!!
